Easter is not just one Sunday. It's an entire Season on the Church/Liturgical calendar where we remember the life of the early church.
One of the things we believe is that the Church is and can be good for us individually, and for the community and world around us. Peace has a number of people with different kinds and levels of church hurt - that’s real, and valid.
At Peace, we strive to be a safe haven for these, and many other people people.
This Easter season Sermon Series, The Church: For Good, is our reminder that expressions of church don’t have to be what we came from. The Easter story and season is a helpful guide that tells the story of the early church - a healthy and relevant model for us as we create sacred community together.
